My story

I consider myself fortunate in many ways, and one of the most important aspects is perhaps that sports has been an integral part of my life since a very young age. Starting from the age of 5, it became ingrained in my daily routine. My parents always emphasized the importance of physical activity in our lives and taught us the value of teamwork and community. I have tried numerous sports and, in addition, I was an acrobatic rock and roll competitor (later becoming a coach) for 15 years. This experience allowed me to develop a strong body awareness, perseverance, and a great sense of teamwork.

In addition to exercise and physical activity, my family also placed great emphasis on the other pillars of a healthy lifestyle, such as healthy nutrition, quality sleep and rest, and of course, mental rejuvenation through spending time with friends and engaging in enjoyable activities. These aspects are considered essential for overall well-being and balance.

I believe that those who receive this package as children undoubtedly have an advantage in life. However, I also firmly believe that it is never too late to develop new habits and adopt a healthier lifestyle. We should not be bound by our past or consider ourselves perpetual victims of our environment or upbringing. We have the power to make positive changes and shape our own lives, regardless of our past experiences.

Over the years, my relationship with health and sports has become increasingly intertwined. The real breakthrough, however, began a few years ago when I fully immersed myself in the world of health and fitness. Before I knew it, I couldn't stop talking about it to my friends and family. Eventually, even acquaintances started seeking me out for advice on miracle remedies and life-changing tips.
It was during this time that I realized that the years of research, experimentation, and curiosity could not only benefit myself but also be valuable to many other girls, women (or even men) like me. The hours I invested could be used to help others on their health and fitness journeys.
For years, I have been eagerly soaking up knowledge like a sponge, and now I feel that the time has come to share this wealth of knowledge, enriched by my own experiences, and shape it in my own unique way. I want to give back to those who embark on their own research journey with the same thirst for knowledge that I once had. My aim is to support you on the path to a healthy lifestyle by providing information that is as simple as possible, immediately applicable, and grounded in reality.
Why did I start?
I truly believe that without taking care of your physical and mental health on a daily basis, you cannot achieve sustainable and exceptional success in your career or personal relationships. Life becomes a constant struggle, plagued by a lack of energy, motivation, and overall well-being. Since this is an ongoing and often challenging endeavor, it is important to find habits and mechanisms that align perfectly with your personality, schedule, and preferences. By doing so, you can establish a solid foundation for maintaining and improving your overall health.
Throughout the years of research and experience, my driving force has always been curiosity and the quest for finding the best methods. As time went on, a clear vision emerged within me: to create a truly sustainable lifestyle. That's why you won't find me blindly following trends, fad diets, or jumping into seven intense weightlifting sessions per week just for the sake of quick results. Instead, I prioritize a balanced and realistic approach, focusing on long-term success rather than short-lived fixes.
Let's establish a step-by-step framework where you follow habits not because someone else said so, but because you understand their essence, consider them achievable, and they have become an integral part of your personality. They become a natural extension of your healthy, self-loving, and self-care-oriented conscious self.
This is the journey I would like to assist you on, and as a result of this process, I believe you will experience a truly remarkable transformation, both inside and out. And as a side affect you'll probably get into your best shape ever, I hope you don't mind! :P
