My story
I consider myself fortunate in many ways, and one of the most important aspects is perhaps that sports has been an integral part of my life since a very young age. Starting from the age of 5, it became ingrained in my daily routine. My parents always emphasized the importance of physical activity in our lives and taught us the value of teamwork and community. I have tried numerous sports and, in addition, I was an acrobatic rock and roll competitor (later becoming a coach) for 15 years. This experience allowed me to develop a strong body awareness, perseverance, and a great sense of teamwork.
In addition to exercise and physical activity, my family also placed great emphasis on the other pillars of a healthy lifestyle, such as healthy nutrition, quality sleep and rest, and of course, mental rejuvenation through spending time with friends and engaging in enjoyable activities. These aspects are considered essential for overall well-being and balance.
I believe that those who receive this package as children undoubtedly have an advantage in life. However, I also firmly believe that it is never too late to develop new habits and adopt a healthier lifestyle. We should not be bound by our past or consider ourselves perpetual victims of our environment or upbringing. We have the power to make positive changes and shape our own lives, regardless of our past experiences.
